	The Jersey Jays Program The Jersey Jays program has been built to suit the needs of every player who wishes to build upon the talents they were given. This is a year round program created to give each player the advantages needed to accel their abilities through the use of our trained coaches and facility. Each team will have coaches who do not have any relatives on the team in order to maximize each players abilities without coaches favoring one child over the next. What's included? -Year round team practices with winter and summer group lessons -Spring and fall travel Cerbo league seasons (baseball only) - -Uniforms, hats, bags, helmets, shorts, teeshirts, etc... -A one year membership to RBIS baseball facility -Discounts on all RBIS events (lessons, camps, clinics) -Softball schedule tba If you are looking for a team to build your son or daughters confidence, natural abilities and overall knowledge then the Jersey Jays is your team.
